This month we have photos of trees from both the Southern and Northern Hemispheres.
While it may be winter in one half of the world, it’s summer in the other half! Get out there and enjoy it all!
Wander Wednesday
“Not all those who wander are lost.”- J.R.R. Tolkien
We saw the most amazing autumn colors in the North Island of New Zealand on an April trip, here near Lake Taupo. Many types of maples and some oak trees were planted by Europeans and thrive in many parts of the country. The hills around Queenstown also have great fall color. This is a good time to travel to NZ because the temperatures are mild and crowds are fewer.
