Wander Wednesday

“Not all those who wander are lost.”- J.R.R. Tolkien

The Covid-19 pandemic prevented us from traveling the world the way we used to.  If you choose to travel, please heed government guidelines for health and safety. Be sure to check the health situation in the place you are going and be prepared with appropriate supplies and resources. Remember the health measures that you take to protect yourself also protect those around you! If you can’t travel now, you can still dream about where to go when you can!

As the year winds down, this month’s photos reflect some great family vacation ideas. When you are ready to travel again, I’m here to help!

red rocks and blue water in Utah

One of our favorite vacations is a houseboat rental, like the one pictured here at Lake Powell, Arizona. You do have to make sure kids wear life preservers at all times but there are many opportunities for swimming and hiking. You might even sneak in a few lessons on geology and erosion-just look at those rock formations!

Where would you like to be wandering?
