We’ve made it to the last month of 2022! This was a crazy travel year for sure! Not enough flights, not enough workers; too many visitors; ever-changing health guidelines and restrictions. Despite it all, I was fortunate to take several amazing trips, which I will highlight this month. I hope you were able to make your travels heirloom-worthy! Many thanks to family, friends, clients, and travel suppliers who supported us this year.
Please have a healthy and happy festive season, and I’ll see you on the road!
Wander Wednesday
“Not all those who wander are lost.”- J.R.R. Tolkien
I got to take an art class in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in March. The class is run by MISA, an organization that hosts creative art workshop retreats with many different teachers and genres. I took a week-long watercolor painting series with Helen Shaefer Garcia, who introduced us to various painting and printing techniques, both challenging and fun. I love how the light enhances the buildings, especially in the late afternoon. Santa Fe is a great place to spend several days-for histories, culture, art, and of course, food!
